I like the Beaverhill Motel. For a small town motel it is quite comfortable. I don't like the just only showers because I have kids but the rooms are clean and well stocked. The manager is very accommodating and friendly.

I was there recently. The sheets were unwashed and covered with hair. Dirty bathroom with bugs and mould. a.c. unit was busted. Cable didn't work. Internet didn't work. The manager was super sketchy and rude.

All the local trades people stay here, so it was quite full. Owner was very pleasant. Rooms well kept up. Good value for money in the basic motel class.
